This course covers administration of the COVID-19 vaccine in detail. The development of the currently approved vaccines, operation Warp Speed, and the delivery of intramuscular injections are all discussed. Specific information regarding delivery of the vaccines in an office setting is provided, as well as information regarding side effects, documentation, and follow-up administration. The science behind mRNA vaccines is discussed, as are the similarities and differences between the currently approved COVID-19 vaccines.
